Widget 健康照護管理輔助系統-以糖尿病為例

a,* a長庚大學資訊管理系所 b長庚大學企業管理研究所資管組 *通訊作者：張禾坤， hkchang@mail.cgu.edu.tw 摘要 隨著資訊科技的進步，電腦在醫療上的應用備受重視。電子醫療照護的系統發展也越趨健全，其電子類產 品的輕巧化，使我們不再被笨重的實體機器所制約。在以往的照護而言，糖尿病的每日定期追蹤是必須的，但 這對於交通不便，及生活時間上無法配合的人來說，這是一項非常令人困擾的事情。本系統係以 Yahoo Widget 工具，結合醫療衛生教育知識，建立 Widget 健康管理輔助系統，並應用於糖尿病 自我健康照護。這個系統建置帶給病人很多便利性，可經由此系統先記錄每天自我檢測的血糖紀錄，再經由衛 教師透過專業知識與評估技巧去收集病人資料、確定病人罹患糖尿病類型、擬定照護計劃及宣導並執行居家的 照護措施。本系統建立簡易問診流程，以利衛教師臨床判斷決策，另供衛教知識查詢及運動卡洛里換算表，可 使病人更了解自己的疾病以及正確的運動方式。 本系統可藉由病人與衛教師的溝通，讓衛教師在評估病人狀況後，經由系統輔助做出診斷建議、與該診斷 所需提供之照護計畫、照護措施，進而擬定出病人專屬照護計畫，以促進其健康照護生活品質。 關鍵字：Widget、健康照護管理、糖尿病、衛生教育 Abstract
With the progress of information science and technology, the application of the computer in medical treatment is paid much attention to. The development of electronic medical treatment care system becomes integrity, the lightly of electron products, make us not restricted by the cumbersome entity machine. Look after in past cases, it’s necessary for diabetes to track daily, but this is inconvenient to person who can't cooperate, this makes person perplex very much.
This research combines the Yahoo! Widget Engine with the knowledge of medical health education, and sets up widget for healthily care support system, apply to self- diabetes and look after healthily. This system can record the value of blood glucose by oneself examine, and then collect patient's information to evaluate with assessing the skill through the professional knowledge, confirm the type of diabetic which patient suffers from, and propose a planning of home care. This system sets up the procedure of simple interrogation enquiry, the searching of healthily knowledge and conversion table of calorie consuming when sport, that can make the patient understand one's own disease and correct movement way even more. This ystem makes the communication between patient and healthily care personnel tightly, the healthily care personnel will evaluate the condition of patient, and propose looking after planning of personal diagnose by the assist of system, and then plan to make patients promoting health and the quality of the life.
