(3) Abstract The purposes of this research were to investigate current situation, the attitude,. and other aspects of the use of facilitated communication for speech-language pathologist serving persons with verbal disabilities . In this study, questionnaire was the main method.260 questionnaires were issued and 229 questionnaires were valid. The proportion of valid questionnaires was 88.1%. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage of the average and standard deviation. The main results were stated as follows: 1. The speech-language pathologists held more positive attitudes reaction for the use of FC with low-verbal disabilities.. 2. The overall teaching experience of using FC were to help persons with verbal disabilities to communicate in speech-language pathologists are positive; cases in the age range 3-6 years old (preschool kindergarten stage) , autism spectrum disorder are the mostly asing taxon;about aids part, material objectconcrete and picture cards places were using the most ; and while teaching, the generally first step was to see the students' prior ability. 3. Taiwan's speech-language pthologists still occasionally encountered difficulties when using FC, but can addressed the encountered positively.. Based upon the research conclusions mentioned above, researcher provides a package of specific suggestions for Speech-Language Pathologists, relevant units, and the future researches..
