The Hon. Anna Hung-Yuk Wu will speak on the Human Rights Commission in a Public Affairs Luncheon co-sponsored by the Social Science Division and the Public Affairs Office of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She is the first speaker invited this academic year.
