臉部傷口縫合病患之護理指導 [ 發表醫師 ] :護理指導 醫師(急診重症醫學部) [ 發布日期 ] :2011/3/17 1.傷口縫合後，大多不會再流血﹔淺部傷口如滲出少量液體，是沒有關係的，如大量液體滲 出時，須回院檢查。 2.每日１次用乾淨的棉花棒，在傷口塗上一層薄薄的抗生素藥膏，不需要太多。 3.拆線以前，傷口不能碰水，洗澡時改用擦臉而不適宜洗臉。 4.傷口縫合後不可熱敷或按摩。 5.如果傷口出現以下症狀，請立即就醫： ◎傷口腫脹。 ◎傷口周圍皮膚發紅或發熱。 ◎傷口有液體或分泌物流出。 ◎傷口越來越痛。 ◎發燒或畏寒。 6.依醫師所開處方按時服藥，藥物中含有消炎藥、止痛藥及抗生素。 7.拆線時間依縫合的部位及傷口癒合情形而定，如有合併其他問題時，仍需看當時傷口癒合 情形來決定。原則上各部位拆線時間如下： (1)臉部５天。 (2)關節１４天。 (3)頭頸部７天。 (4)其他１０天。 !!健康文章內文主要提供民眾降低對疾病因不了解產生之不安和恐懼，但不可取代實際的醫 療行為，所以身體如有不適請您前往醫院就醫治療。
