摘要 在醫療流程中,急診作業流程其範圍包括從院前到院後的緊急救護及到院後的醫療服務,因此牽涉到許多不同的 角色及醫療作業,故為醫院中最複雜也是最重要的流程,在流程中,各個醫護人員必須在短時間內『即時』地取 得病患的相關資料,以作精確地診斷與照護,一旦稍有不慎,都可能危急病患的生命安全。為此,本研究採用 RFID 在自動讀取資料上的優勢並透過服務導向架構(Service-Oriented Architecture; SOA)的方法論規劃設計院內 RFID 緊急醫療照護服務流程系統與跨院間的緊急醫療服務病歷追蹤系統,以提昇急診流程效率與病患滿意度的 目標。

Abstract

In medical-care processes, emergency medical-care process includes cares before a patient arrive hospital and while in hospital, it combines different medical-care staff and processes, so it is an important and complex process in a hospital. During the process, every medical-care staff must get patients’ data in near or real time that could help care providers to better diagnosis symptoms and provide treatment. This research applies RFID to the emergency medical-care. The overall design of the within hospital RFID emergency medical-care service flow system and the inter-hospital emergency medical-care service patient record tracking system is based on the methodology outlined in Service-oriented Architecture (SOA).
