Forum On New Trends In
Video/Multimedia Technology
Engineers, managers, and entrepreneurs can learn about the latest trends in video, multimedia technology at the Industrial Forum on Information Technology to be held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on 23 and 24 January 1997.The Forum will allow university researchers and industry representatives to share ideas and results, encouraging further collaboration.
The Forum will include six speakers from industry, representing companies such as Analog Devices, Hongkong Telecom, Microsoft Hong Kong, Sun Microsystems and Netscape Communications Ltd. The event is sponsored by Hongkong Telecom Institute of
Information Technology, based at HKUST, and the University's Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and is managed by HKUST RandD Corporation Ltd.
