Abstract
As a teacher in classroom, teacher’s behavior is affecting students. In the process of learning, there are many values and not planned courses with teacher’s teaching behavior. It has a far-reaching impact on student, we call it the hidden curriculum. While students spend their time for one-third of the day in school, school and class become important space for molding student's temperament, therefore, the teacher's class operating out of potential effects on students' course. We discuss this subject by six dimensions of class management. Practical experience proves that teachers easier to convey the curriculum in class management and they always neglect or mistake the potential courses. The purpose of this article is a teacher’s reflection with our discuss of the hidden curriculum, and breaking the previous myth of course, remind teacher’s acts and deeds, so that the hidden curriculum can take advantage of the boundless potential.
