護理研究倫理的考量

摘要
本文旨在論述護理研究的學術倫理，以研究倫理的能力和研究倫理的相關理論作
為基礎，談論研究者的研究倫理問題，包括：
（1）研究主題和動機的純正問題，
（2）一個計劃同時獲得兩個機構的補助，是否應該放棄其中一個的問題，（3）
一個計畫的研究經費，使用在兩個完全不同主題的研究問題，
（4）研究收集回來
的資料之擁有權，研究資料之使用權。另外就是有關研究成果發表的倫理問題，
包括：
（1）發表時的列名與排名問題，
（2）研究發表成果獲獎的獎金分配問題。
以及受試者的福祉、保護和知情同意，包括：
（1）受試者挑選的公平正義問題，
（2）受試者的知情同意問題，
（3）受試者資料保密問題，以及（4）受試者遭受
意外傷害的補償問題等。護理研究已越來越蓬勃發展，而且使用實驗研究法也越
來越多，因此未來護理研究倫理應該更加被重視。
Abstract
This article describes ethical issues related to the conduction of nursing research. The examination of the ethics of the researcher was based on ethical competence and related theories, including (1) the selection of research topic and the motive to conduct the research, (2) should the researcher give up one of the two grants funded from different organizations, (3) the use of one grant to study two totally unrelated topics, and (4) the ownership and right to use of the data collected. Two ethical issues related to the publishing and awards also were addressed: (1) authorship and order of the author names, and (2) the division of monetary awards among researchers. Ethical considerations in the protection on the welfare of research subjects were: (1) fairness and justice when selecting research subjects, (2) informed consent, (3) confidentiality, data security and the protection of privacy, and (4) compersation for injury or complications from research procedures. Nursing research and research activities are increasing in both volume and diversity. Nursing ethics will be an area of high importance in the development of nursing research.
