摘要 近腎絲球細胞瘤是一種罕見且良性的腎素分泌腫瘤,主要是源自於腎絲球入球小 動脈,由於會不當分泌過多的腎素,而導致次發性高血壓,然而這種高血壓卻是 可以手術治癒的。這個四十五歲男性病患,因為控制不良的血壓而造成兩次腦血 管出血,在經過手術治療之後,血壓已回復到正常值。此外,並將回顧本疾病之 有關文獻。 Abstract

Juxtaglomerular cell tumors are a rare benign renin-secreting tumor. They originate and develop from the afferent arterioles of glomeruli. Due to unregulated renin secretion, they result in secondary hypertension, which is surgically curable. We report on a 45-year-old patient who had 2 episodes of cerebral vascular hemorrhage because of uncontrolled hypertension. After surgical correction, the blood pressure returned to within a normal range. The literature on this subject is reviewed
