Myself agreed that the following work by digital way, free provides the National Chengchi University for
self-archiving, in the copyright fair scope, the preservation and uses publicly in the NCCU Institutional Repository. This agreement is the non-exclusive authorization, the authorized work has not violated any third person of wisdom property rights.
