Gonal-F (r-hFSH) - 果納芬 [ 發表藥師 ] :張幸運 藥師 [ 發布日期 ] :2004/6/2 果納芬是利用基因工程製造生產的濾泡刺激素(FSH)，最主要的效用是促進濾泡成熟。病人在月 經來的第3 至 12 天左右注射果納芬，來刺激卵泡的成熟發育，再卵泡接近成熟時，再注射 HCG(人類絨毛膜促性腺激素)做最後階段催熟 34 至 36 小時後便有成熟的卵子產生。 對於排卵障礙或實施人工生殖協助技術(ART)的病人，果納芬可以用來刺激多濾泡發育；多囊 性卵巢症的病人建議以果納芬並用HCG 來刺激卵泡發育並排卵。 每天注射75IU 至 150IU，以每 7 或 14 天為劑量調整時段，達最佳反應時單一注射 5000-10000IU 的 HCG。 !!健康文章內文主要提供民眾降低對疾病因不了解產生之不安和恐懼，但不可取代實際的醫療 行為，所以身體如有不適請您前往醫院就醫治療。
