## 教學目標：
** 理論部分
1. 瞭解職能治療在心理疾病領域中所扮演的角色
2. 熟悉職能治療在心理疾病領域中所應用的治療理論基礎、與治療評估模式 3. 瞭解各種不同精神疾病之臨床診斷、臨床表徵、以及職能治療可給予的協助和處理 4. 認識國內外心理疾患之社區復健、社區精神醫療、和職業復健的執行狀況 ** 實習部分
1. 瞭解職能治療在心理疾病領域中所扮演的角色 2. 認識職能治療在臨床上所使用的媒介,方法,與操作程序 3. 熟悉精神科職能治療常使用的評估工具及使用方法 4. 學習臨床病歷的記錄,撰寫,及閱讀
## 課程大綱：
** 理論部分
1. 介紹心理疾病的歷史背景和演進，以及職能治療在對於心理疾病病患介入的歷史發展過程 2. 說明心理疾病職能治療之各種不同的理論基礎與治療觀念
3. 分析各種不同精神疾患在臨床上所表現出的失能狀態
4. 介紹職能治療在精神科領域中的治療服務對象、治療內容、評估方法、及治療技巧 ** 實習部分
1. 說明精神科病患在臨床上常見到的各種異常言行舉止 2. 介紹在臨床上職能治療所使用的方法和媒介
3. 分析職能治療在精神科領域的運作過程 (包括評估與治療) 4. 介紹職能治療用在精神科的各種評估工具及實際操作過程 5. 精神科醫院實地參訪見習
