授課目標：
厭氧菌無論在生命科學研究或生物工業上都是很重要的對象，近年來由於分子生物和厭氧 培養技術都有顯著的進步，開拓了厭氧菌以前很多未知的面象。課程針對厭氧菌之生長、營養 分類、演化、生理、生化、基因及實驗操作技術等進行探討，不僅使學生對於厭養菌專業知識 有深入的了解，同時讓學生能熟悉其實驗的技術，以便實際應用。
