表 3-10 顯示,本研究中,「教師學習社群預試問卷」在因素分析方面係採 主成份分析法(principal compoment factor analysis)及最大變異數法(varimax) 進行直交轉軸(orthogonal rotation)並抽取特徵值大於 1 的因素,結果抽取五個 因素,每個因素根據各題目之因素負荷量高低順序,依序選取 5-7 個題目,共選 取 30 題編製正式問卷量表。本研究經因素分析抽取五個因素,共可解釋總變異 量的 65.263﹪,其餘各層面分別可解釋 43.001、6.70
