摘要
脾臟發炎性偽瘤極為罕見。它的病因不明，含有多種發炎細胞，混雜肌纖維母細
胞。它經常被誤診為惡性腫瘤或其他良性腫瘤。雖然影像檢查進步快速，手術前
診斷仍有困難。脾臟切除是唯一的診斷及治療方法。我們報告一位 43 歲男性為
B 型肝炎帶原者，於例行腹部超音波檢查，意外發現一脾臟腫瘤。由於臨床表現、
實驗室檢查、腹部超音波、電腦斷層及磁振造影皆無法確定診斷，因此接受脾臟
切除。病理檢查證實為發炎性偽瘤，病患術後至今 10 個月情況穩定。
Abstract
Inflammatory pseudo tumor of the spleen is a rare, benign entity of unknown etiology. It composes of variable mixture of inflammatory cells and myofibroblast. It is frequently misdiagnosed as malignant neoplasm or other benign tumors. Splenectomy is diagnostic and curative. We report a 43 year-old male hepatitis B carrier found to have a splenic mass by routine ultrasonography. The imaging studies could not make a definitive diagnosis, so he underwent splenectomy. The histology revealed inflammatory pseudotumor. The post-operative course was uneventful. We also review the clinical and pathological features, treatment, and prognosis of previously reported cases
