One of the most effective teaching methods of practical training education is study in the practice environment. These experiences can obtain a large amount of knowledge and know (Palmer , 1998 ) . However, according to studying, the teachers think that there are a lot of stagnate factors that find it difficult to walk in outdoor teaching, obtain the knowledge wanted to know and solve the relevant problem immediately such as being unable. This research proposes a mobile voice real-time maintenance enquiring system, through using the internet network with PDA, can solve the difficult problem of outside school, not influenced by place, equipment and weather, and students can repeat with part that is not familiar with and study the same course constantly until understanding according to one's own actual demand, so can promote teaching ability and teaching quality, improve a great deal of restrictions of teaching. In practical application we can find that students have mobility while obtaining information, they can obtain information “any time any where”. That enables students to make the information of the electric apparatus more conveniently when carry on the maintenance work in the simulate place or real
indoor place of employer, increase the efficiency of maintenance, obtain the result of practice.
