COURSE SYLLABUS:FASHION RETAILING MANAGEMENT Fashion Marketing Section,Department of Textiles and Clothing

This class will be lecturing in English

Office Hours:MW 10:00-12:00pm, other times by appointment, Office:Room 114 TC Building Objectives:To help students understand overall fashion retailing management. You should develop

an excellent working knowledge of retailing concept, terminology, tools and analyses.

points

Quizzes:There are no midterm and final tests. You will have the opportunity to complete 12 in-class Multiple-Choice-Questions quizzes. Your lowest 2 of these grades will be

dropped. If you are absent for a quiz, it will be counted as one that you will drop. Anyone missing a quiz without contacting the instructor beforehand will receive a grade of "zero"

for the quiz. Cheating of tests in any forms will result in a grade of "Fail". Make-up tests are highly discouraged and will be granted only in rare circumstances.

Attendance and Participation:Attendance will be taken at the end of class. Please submit to the instructor a written verification of reason for absence. Absences more than 3 of the scheduled class sessions without excused are excessive.
