The Research on the Driving Factors of the Green Supply Chain Management-A Study of Auto Industry

ABSTRACT

Green supply chain management is one of popular management issues, business in the pursuit of green supply chain management process, how to balance the company's strategy and the derivative is a priority environmental protection. The current business is concerned that after the implementation of green supply chain management, whether on business performance help. The main purpose of this study is the vehicle in Taiwan about the industry response to this current wave of environmental protection when implementing green supply chain management and organizational performance related issues. Vehicles in Taiwan for 2010 announced by the Taiwan Association of about 600 member companies, conducted a questionnaire survey, Yu 151 valid samples, the researchers showed that internal and external drivers on the green supply chain management have a significant effect, green supply chain management of green supply chain management have significant impact on organizational performance.
