-一、
於今年 2 月初上銀/大銀交付移動平台後，執行以下工作：
甲、 協同廠商釐清為何無法使用軸卡控制移動平台。
i.
機台線路接錯、馬達驅動器韌體沒更新至最新版。
乙、 撰寫程式使平台工作。
i.
使用平台搭配雷射位移計量測 PCB 表面高度為實際成果。
丙、 整合光機(DMD+光學鏡組+光源總稱)於移動平台：
i.
解決 TRG 問題，需架構光耦合為 DMD 控制卡與機台媒介，驗證機台運動表現。
機台移動演算法如下：

協助 CCD 對位系統建立：
甲、
預計對位精度 2～3um。
乙、
依照上述選定規格如下：
i.
CCD 像素小於 4um。
ii.
遠心 4 倍鏡(WD:65mm)。
iii.
5W 同軸光源(紅外光)。
iv.
FOV 為 2.2X1.7 mm
丙、
拜訪台英科技，詢問 CCD 系統建立應注意如下：
i.
機構無法確保完美對正於量測表面，軟體處理需要 case by case，因此軟體負擔
會大於硬體。
ii.
微小顫動雖肉眼無法觀察，但透過 CCD 觀察，拍出的圖形會有明顯毛邊。
iii.
OpenCV 比市售的軟體還要慢的原因是如果要達成 sub-pixel，必須重擷取多張相
片。
三、
協助成大與工研院溝通，釐清成大需求的產品規格：
甲、
DMD Controller Board 2 套
乙、
數位直接成像資料前處理軟體 1 件
丙、
FPGA Pin Assignmen 1 份
丁、
測試軟體 1 件
戊、
使用者手冊 1 份
