一、 研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。 （由受聘人填寫）

主要工作內容為:
1. 高昇壓直流/直流轉換器技術研究: 提出新型兩種高昇壓轉換器技術並分別加以分析、模擬與實
作。實驗結果符合設計預期，並加以整理後已投稿至 IEEE Transaction of IE and PE.
2. 微型太陽能換流器產品 技術 開發: 提出一新型微型太陽能換流器專利架構，除電路模擬與實作
外，更加入 MPPT 控制與偵測保護功能，使該技術更趨產品化。
3. 協助指導與管理碩博士研究生計畫: 目前協助指導與管理碩博士研究生約有 15 位。
a. 參與研究和修改投稿 IEEE 論文有博士生 5 篇、碩士生之國內外會議論文有 6 篇。
b. 輔導與協助研究計畫執行有兩項: 一、經濟部能源局「能源科技研究中心推動計畫-太陽光電科
技研究中心」；二、工研院委託「高轉比太陽能轉能系統」計畫(B5-10015-26-1).
c. 協助指導研究生參與國內技術競賽有三項: 國科會工程處電力學門九十九年度大專院校電力
應用實作論文觀摩競賽; 第六屆聯德盃; 2012 茂迪盃-太陽能光電應用設計創意競賽。
