機器特別檢驗以連續檢驗方式實施準則

1 General 通則

1.1 Machinery Continuous Survey is to be performed in accordance with the Rules for Construction and Classification of Steel Ships published by the CR Classification Society (hereinafter referred to as the Society).

機器連續檢驗係根據財團法人驗船中心（以下簡稱本中心）鋼船建造與入級規範之規定辦理。

1.2 Machinery Continuous Survey is to be performed upon application of the Owner. The survey schedule is to be fixed after examining the information and proposed arrangement submitted by the Owner and the classification status of the vessel concerned.

機器連續檢驗依船東之申請辦理。檢驗實施時間將依照船東所提供之資料與計畫，以及船級現況而定。

1.3 If a Machinery Special Survey is performed on a continuous basis, each item of the Machinery Special Survey requirements is to be completed within a 5-year cycle.

如機器特別檢驗以連續檢驗實施時，則機器特別檢驗規定之每一檢驗項目應在 5 年之週期內完成。

1.4 A list of the survey status listing all the items that are overdue or will become due within 6 months is to be sent to the Owner of the ships for which Machinery Continuous Survey(s) is applicable.

凡採用機器連續檢驗之船舶，本中心依檢驗情況列表通知船東，內容包含已過期未受檢之項目及將在 6 個月內 到期之項目。

2 Record Book of Machinery Continuous Survey 機器連續檢驗紀錄簿

2.1 When application for Machinery Continuous Survey has been approved by the Society, a "Record Book of Machinery Continuous Survey" (hereafter referred to as "Record Book") is to be issued and used for only 5 years of machinery special survey period. The last survey date of each survey item is to be shown on the new issued Record Book by the Society.

申請機器連續檢驗經本中心認可後，將發給可供使用為期 5 年之機器連續檢驗紀錄簿（以下簡稱紀錄簿），新 發紀錄簿將分別註明各項受檢項目之上次檢驗日期。

2.2 The Record Book is to be issued to the Owner by the Society in duplicate. One is to be kept on board the ship for reference and for the endorsements of the Surveyor of the Society (hereinafter referred to as the Surveyor), the other is to be kept by the Owner.

本中心發給船東之紀錄簿均為一式二份，其中一份應為保存於船上備查及供本中心驗船師（以下簡稱「驗船 師」）簽署之用，另外一份供船東保存。

2.3 After each survey is satisfactorily carried out, the Surveyor is to fill out Survey Report (Form No. KR24) listing all the items surveyed, and make entries of the survey date of these items on page 2 and subsequent pages (if any) of the Record Book, and also state the date, port and number of item(s) satisfactorily surveyed with signature on page 1 of the Record Book.

第二頁，及接續各頁之空白欄內，並在第一頁填入該次檢驗日期、港口名稱、所有本次檢驗滿意之項目號碼及 簽名。

2.4 When the Machinery Special Survey is underway, the attending Surveyor is to check the Record Book to ensure that there are no items left unsurveyed. If any doubt is found, the attending Surveyor is to contact the Head Office for the up-to-date information. Survey Report (Form No. KR24) is then to be filled up, stating that the Special Survey on continuous basis of machinery has been completed.

當機器特別檢驗實施時，執行檢驗之驗船師應確定紀錄簿內所載之項目均已如期受檢（如有疑問可洽本中心），

並填寫檢驗報告 KR24，書明採連續檢驗之機器特別檢驗已完成。

2.5 The latest survey date of each item noted in a new Record Book is to be issued by the Head Office after Sruvey Report mentioned in paragraph 2.4 is received. Used Record Book needs not to be sent back to the Head Office.

本中心於接到 2.4 節所述之報告後，將簽發新紀錄簿（註記每項檢驗項目最近一次的檢驗日期）。舊紀錄簿不 需收回。

2.6 When a new period of Special Survey begins and the new Record Book is not yet available aboard for recording and endorsements by the attending Surveyor, the Surveyor may record the surveyed items into the old Record Book of last cycle and make endorsements.

當新特別檢驗週期開始而新紀錄簿不及送到船上供驗船師簽署時，執行檢驗之驗船師得將受驗項目登記於上一 週期之舊紀錄簿內。

2.7 The Surveyor who first uses the new Record Book is to review the used Record Book of last cycle to check whether there are any entries made according to paragraph 2.6. If so, the Surveyor is to transfer these entries into the new Record Book and make endorsements for the Surveyor who previously attended the survey.

驗船師初次使用新紀錄簿時，應查看上一週期之舊紀錄簿內是否有如 2.6 節所述之記載，如有此等記載應轉記 於新紀錄簿內，並代先前執行檢驗之各驗船師簽署。

2.8 If any items of the Machinery Continuous Survey are inspected by the Chief Engineer and then are accepted by the attending Surveyor, the letters "CE" are to be affixed to the survey date of such item, for example 23/04/99CE.

如執行機器連續檢驗之驗船師接受輪機長檢驗之項目時，應在檢驗日期後加註"CE"字樣，例如 23/04/99CE。

3 The Conditions which the Society may Accept Surveys on Items of the Machinery Continuous Survey of a Vessel Carried out by the Chief Engineer

本中心得接受船上輪機長執行之機器連續檢驗項目之條件

3.1 The Chief Engineer holds a valid licence issued by a governemnt authority acceptable to the Society.

該輪機長持有由政府主管機構簽發並經本中心接受之有效執照。

3.2 The Society is to accept only those items overhauled for survey as a routine check at sea or in a port where there is no surveyor of the Society.

本中心僅接受在海上做例行檢查拆驗之項目或在無本中心驗船師之港口拆驗之項目。

3.3 The replaced parts are to be kept aboard until they have been surveyed by the Surveyor.

經拆換之組件於未經本中心之驗船師檢驗以前，應保存在船上。

– 3 – 3.4 At least 50% of the cylinder units, turbochargers and air coolers of each engine of the main propulsion machinery, and at least 50% of the auxiliary engines for electrical insrallations are to be surveyed by the Surveyor during the five years interval.

在五年週期內，主推進系統之每一主機之汽缸組、增壓機及空氣冷卻器，以及供電氣裝置用之輔機，至少應有 百分之五十經本中心之驗船師檢驗。

The cylinder unit may contain:

汽缸組得包括：

(a) cylinder cover;

缸蓋；

(b) cylinder liner, piston & rod;

缸套、活塞及桿；

(c) crosshead, guide, connecting rod & bearings;

十字頭、導板、連桿及其軸承；

(d) crank pin & bearings;

曲軸頸及其軸承；

(e) crank case explosion relief valve; and 曲拐箱防爆洩壓閥裝置；及

(f) valve and valve gear.

閥及閥動裝置。

However, main journals and bearings are to be surveyed only by the Surveyor.

但主軸頸及其軸承均需由本中心驗船師檢驗。

3.5 Main air vessels, main reduction gears and line shafting are to be surveyed by the Surveyor.

主空氣壓力容器、主減速齒輪、傳動軸系，均應由本中心驗船師檢驗。

3.6 Damages or repairs to the machinery which affect the classification of the ship concerned must be surveyed by the Surveyor.

凡影響船級之機器損害或修理必須由本中心驗船師檢驗。

3.7 Within five months after being surveyed by the Chief Engineer, the items of the machinery are to be subjected to a visual inspection or running test by the Surveyor according to a report submitted by the Chief Engineer showing the items that have been inspected by him. When deemed necessary by the Surveyor, the inspected items may be subjected to a resurvey.

機器項目經輪機長檢查後五個月內，須由本中心驗船師根據該輪機長就其檢查之項目所提出之報告做目視檢查 或操作試驗。如本中心驗船師認為必要時，業經檢查之項目得再受檢。

3.8 The survey carried out by the Chief Engineer is to be recorded in the engine log book, and the record is to be shown to the Surveyor.

輪機長檢查之項目應在輪機日誌上登錄之，該登錄事項應出示給驗船師。

3.9 The report of the Chief Engineer is to contain the following items:

(a) name of Chief Engineer;

輪機長姓名；

(b) licence No. & issuing authority;

執照號碼及簽發機構；

(c) place and date of survey;

檢驗之地點及日期；

(d) report on findings; and 檢查之結果；及

(e) signature of the Chief Engineer.

輪機長之簽名。

3.10 Having checked on board the items surveyed by the Chief Engineer, the Surveyor is to record them in the Record Book of Machinery Continuous Survey, prepare a report of Form No. KR24 and then submit it together with the report made and the report submitted by the Chief Engineer to the Head Office.

驗船師對經輪機長檢查之項目查驗後，將該等項目記載於機器連續檢驗紀錄簿內，並完成檢驗報告 KR24，然 後將該報告連同輪機長所做之報告函送本中心。
