Option A

All schools are allowed to conduct English-medium extended learning

activities (ELA) up to a proportion of 25% of the total lesson time while

teaching primarily in the mother tongue.

Option B

Schools may adopt EMI teaching for key learning areas for subjects up to a

maximum of 25% of the total lesson time.

Option C

Schools may use the mother tongue or English in teaching other than Chinese

Language and English Language.
