As a believer of colonialism, I used to rule this Asian island in a brutal way. The island was really a heaven, It was called Formosa, but people living there were fool and undeveloped- I thought at that time. Their skin colors were darker and yellower.
Unlike our beautiful white skin, I often kept away from them. I just ordered them from a far distance and yelled at them, treating them like dogs or other animals.
Everything changed on that Sunday morning.
I was strolling in the countryside on my horse’s back. Suddenly, a group of native rushed across the road like they’re chasing something. They ran so fast that my horses shocked and stumbled. I could hear the wind howl; I was thrown out to the sky and fell into a pond! What’s more, I didn’t know how to swim! Unfortunately, the villagers namely the natives, they all went hunting.
“God! Am I going to die here?” no! I don’t want to die.
“Is there anyone over there? Come to help me!”
Then a voice of angle sounded.” ah! A person! Wait! I’m coming!” it was a girl that came to my aid. She pulled me with all her energy and power. Finally, I got out of the pond, and fell into the river of love.
Even with her yellow skin, she’s still an apple in my eyes. I found myself was addicted to her. I changed my view toward the native and Chinese. Eventually, I became the first ruler to marry a Chinese girl. And I’ll try my best to suggest the authories change their policy on this island of love.
