研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。

本人參與計畫期間,研究及科研方面主要以表面電位顯微鏡研究金粒子對增加氧化鋅單晶薄膜應用於光觸媒反應之電子傳 輸貢獻、與化工系吳季珍教授合作研究於照光與黑暗下太陽能電池之表面電位改變於其電池效率的關聯。同時也負責協助 中心博後人員準備與進行實驗所需之各項基礎研究設備及專用器材;參與討論並協助儀器借用、實驗數據處理;協助中心 主持人吉村昌弘教授撰寫及執行相關計畫與結案報告;協助 SCI 期刊的投稿修改及溝通協調等工作。此外,於國際化方面 之貢獻有: 2013 以第三方身分參與由中國科學院蘇州納米技術與納米仿生研究所舉辦之中德雙方學術交流會議、2013 MRS Fall 投稿及論文海報發表、 2014 IUMRS-ICEM 國際會議受邀演講、 2014 NICE 國際會議 口頭 論文 發表 、與德國 Paul-Drude-Institut 合作研究等。 行政及管理方面,本人於一位專任助理的協助下,負責維持 PCGMR 中心正常運作所需之所有事務。包含計畫經費管理運 用、舉辦第五屆&第六屆 PCGMR 中心年度國際研討會,協助(參與)擬定講員以及與會者的相關會議。聯絡會議舉辦期間 所需配合之餐廳、飯店、交通等事宜。此外負責管理中心各項帳務、網頁內容更新、聯繫、協助召開與本中心合作的研究 群之討論會,以及連絡之相關事宜。

Has the expected goal of recruitment been achieved?

林宛嫺博士於計畫期間擔任本研究計畫的博士後研究工作,工作期間表現稱職,協助本計畫執行,解決計畫執行中遭遇的各 項難題,使本研究計畫順利推動。因此,本人同意林博士於此工作期間的付出,已完全達成延攬之預期目標。

(2)研究或教學或科技研發與管理的方法、專業知識及進度如何?

林博士於本中心工作期間約一年半,工作盡責、成果傑出。研究方面發表一篇第一作者的 SCI 文章,亦有數篇共同作者之 SCI 高質量文章。於國際化表現有三次論文發表、兩次參訪等。此外,林博士順利解決各項中心運作過程遭遇之問題,接待外賓以及 協助各項申請如吉村昌弘教授、印度籍博後的出國申請等。其在規劃新研究的部分,包含研究設備的架設、實驗的規劃等進展也 屬合乎預期。

How have the research, teaching, or R&D and management results of the employed person given benefit to the project (or your unit)? 林博士工作認真,協助中心以及實驗室之管理以及人員訓練、協助校內研發團隊的整合運作成效優良。其在光電化學研究之 延續,使期刊之發表以及實驗之進程得以加速進行。此外,林博士參與之第五屆與第六屆 PCGMR 中心舉辦之年度國際會議十分 成功,獲得眾多外賓的讚賞與肯定,對於本中心之貢獻十分重要。
