★Points to note:
1. Exam questions are written in English. Bring along your NTU ID card and necessary stationeries for the exam. Smartphones, calculators and dictionaries are not allowed.
2. Any cases of cheating during the exam are reported to the Office of Academic Affairs and penalties will be imposed according to the regulations. Absentees are considered to score 0 points in the Mid-term Exam.

★08:45 Entering the Examination Hall
1. Examinees are allowed to enter the examination hall. Your NTU ID card and all necessary stationeries should be placed on the desk while your mobile phones should be switched off with all your personal belongings being placed underneath your seat.
2. Place your NTU ID card at the upper-right corner of your desk. Check if you have one set of answer booklet on your desk (draft paper is provided at the last page of the booklet which should be returned together with the answer booklet, but anything written on it is not to be graded). Raise your hand to report any problems you have to a proctor during the exam.
3. Read carefully the notice on the front page of the answer booklet as well as the notice written on the blackboard.

★After 09:20
1. late comers are not allowed to enter the examination hall unless there is a proper reason for being late or it is due to some unexpected incidence (with proper documentary proof) together with the approval of the instructor;
2. proctors start taking attendance by asking you to sign on the attendance sheet and checking your NTU ID card.
★Before 09:40, no examinees are allowed to leave the examination hall.
★11:30 Exam ended
1. Stop writing and pass your answer booklet down toward the aisles. Remain seated until proctors confirm that all question and answer booklets are collected.
※If you have doubts about your score in the Exam, you may ask the graders for a revision on the last page of the answer booklet.
