圖 3-1 研究架構圖  第二節  研究對象  本研究針對臺灣地區國小網頁中留言版中之家長對學校負向意見資料蒐集分 析,本節針對研究對象及場域加以說明。  壹、臺灣地區國民小學  我國於 2011 年 1 月 1 日起劃分為 2 省 5 直轄市 3 省轄市 14 縣。本研究對象 為臺灣地區國民小學。臺灣地區包括 5 直轄市 3 省轄市 12 縣。5 直轄市為:臺北 市、新北市、臺中市、臺南市、高雄市。3 省轄市為基隆市、新竹市、嘉義市。12 縣為桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、屏東縣
