70% 至 90% 的疾病，都是受七情六慾和壓力所導致。對現代人來說，壓力是無所不在的，根據世
界衛生組織 (WHO) 的認定，「心身疾病」的種類有八十多種，而且其主要的肇因多半與心理有關。
近年卻愈來愈多的人相信並研究用音樂來治療疾病，本研究希望能運用古代哲學陰陽五行學說的理 論和天人合一的觀點，基於中醫的醫療理論，用最經濟、方便、有效的方法對身心有助益，增進生 活福祉，達成身、心、靈三者平衡的“全人醫療” (wholistic) 。本研究主要目的是：一 . 探討五行 音樂對情緒狀態上的影響。二 . 探討五行音樂對經絡的影響。研究方法分量性和質性研究，採問卷
、實驗設計法和訪談法；在量性研究方面，以某大學研究學生共三十一人為對象，利用聆聽五行音
樂，以貝氏憂鬱量表 (BDI- )Ⅱ 進行前後測；質性研究方面，以五位個案為對象，在音樂治療前後進
行經絡測量和深入訪談，採前測和後測共四次。所得資料以描述性統計、相依樣本 T 檢定、及無母 數統計進行分析；本研究結果顯示，音樂治療前後測對情緒狀態有顯著的差異（ P<0.001 ），經絡 的生理能量以自律神經平衡度有顯著的差異（ P<0.05 ）；訪談的結果，五位個案在身心狀態上都 有改善，表示五行音樂療法對改善憂鬱情緒和生理狀態有正向的幫助。

Five Elements of Music Therapy Research on the Influence of Emotion and Meridian
英文摘要
70% to 90% diseases are caused from mixture of emotions and sensory pleasures and pressure. To contemp orary people, the pressure is omnipresent. According to World Health Organization (WHO) recognizing, th ere are more than 80 types of physical and psychological diseases, most of them are related to psychology.
In recent years more and more people believe and research on music therapy. This research is to use the co ncept of Chinese philosophy of Yin Yang and Five Elements for balanced life and the thinking of combinin g the nature and man into one based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory to bring up a most economi c, convenient and efficient way to benefit people in physically and psychologically and achieve Holistic He alth Care, a balance of body, mind and spirit.The main goal of this research is: 1. Discusses the influence o f five lines of music on emotions. 2. Discusses the influence of five lines of music on the channels and coll aterals. The research techniques are conducted by quantitative and qualitative methods using questionnaire s, experiments and interviews. In the quantitative research aspect, 31 students in a university listen to five e lements of music, and the BDI- II measure the result before and after the experiment. In the qualitative rese arch aspect, five of the 31 students accept the channels and collaterals measurement and detailed interview before and after the musical treatment. They are measured four times each before and after the musical trea tment. All the collected data using description statistics, pair T-test, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test ar e carried on the analysis. This research shows that emotions have revealed a big difference before and after the musical treatment (P < 0.001). The channels and collaterals physiological energy has revealed the most difference by the autonomy nerve trim (P < 0.05). In the result of interview the five all have made a tremen dous improvement both physically and psychologically. It indicates that the whole research represents that the five lines of music gives a positive approach on the improvement of depressed emotions and physical c ondition.
