課程名稱:生物化學 Biochemistry 學分數:上 3、下 3

課程目標:介紹參與生物體內各類化學反應的主要分子之化學結構、性質、重要 性,以及這些化學反應之進行過程,在生物體內之重要性,整體之 調控機制對生物體生命維持,繁衍之過程與重要。

課程範圍:醣類、脂質、蛋白質、胺基酸與核酸之特殊結構、性質,在生物體中 的功能與重要性。能量的產生與調控。基因表現及對蛋白質合成之 控制

課程進度及綱要:

上學期:介紹醣類、脂質、蛋白質、胺基酸與核酸之特殊結構、化學性質,

在生物體中的功能與重要性。酵素的催化功能,動力學及反應機制。

下學期:介紹細胞內物質的新陳代謝及動態變化。如:醣解作用、檸檬酸循 環、β氧化作用、脂質生合成、脂蛋白輸送作用、胺基酸生合成及 氧化代謝與相關影響、核苷酸之生合成與代謝、電子傳遞與氧化磷 酸化等能量的產生,以及內分泌系統對上述新陳代謝的調控方式。

簡要介紹真核細胞之基因表現及對蛋白質合成之控制。
