Molly Chan from 6D is 12 years old. She is a

healthy girl.

Molly’s Food

Molly eats little meat, but lots of vegetables and fruit.

Instead of chocolates and sweets, she likes fruit as a snack. She also loves milk and cheese.

Molly’s Activities Molly likes all kinds of sports such as cycling, running and badminton.

These activities make her strong. She joins different sports teams at school because she enjoys doing exercise with her friends.

Molly even goes out in bad weather. Splash! She thinks it is fun to run and jump in the rain.

Other Habits

Molly does not spend too much time watching TV or using a computer. When she uses a computer, she sits straight and not too close to the screen. After 30 minutes, she gets up and does some exercise.
