The principle of knowledge inspiration for different personal characteristic, and the effect of knowledge acquirement a

ABSTRACT

The successful business must keep its competition strength by knowledge management in modern society. Before we carry out the knowledge management, we consider that "employee" is one of the basic elements in business organization. Therefore, we focus on the characters as the main factors in this research; simply that, there are many researches in the field of knowledge management discussed with knowledge innovation and knowledge transferring, but in the part of knowledge acquirement and learning are less discussed. Due to the reason, we will take over how to advance the business competition advantages by using the effective knowledge inspiration for the employees to acquire and to learn knowledge in different characters. We sample the employees in Kaohsiung City Government, difference their characters, and excise variety ways in knowledge inspiration. By the different result in knowledge learning, we figure out the suitable knowledge inspiration to different characters, and give ways to acquire and to learn knowledge effectively in business.
