一、
研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。

本人擔任四門外國文學及電影課程的教師，共有約
350 名學生修課。多數學生來自醫學
院，工學院及建築設計學院。學習的目的是介紹外國文學給非文學院的學生，培養他們的人
文藝術氣質。他們的反應相當良好，因課業上報告、考試及出席要求較多，他們也多認真修
課。
因本人居住國外多年，相當「美國化」，也經常在世界各地旅行。課堂上本人以自身經
驗，不時講述歐美及日本等先進國家人民的文化習俗及心態，以及對華人的態度；也做中
西文化的比較。如此影響學生的國際觀。
此外本人利用個人社會關係及個人家庭名聲，為成大做宣傳及聯繫工作不遺餘力，主要
活動範圍在台北市。
本人即將出版一本專門寫給大學生的書，造福台灣的大學生，也將為成大打開知名度。

教學方法及成效已達原先預定之目標。

除修課學生外，延攬人才對成大學生及通識教育之推動皆有助益。
