ABSTRACT
Globalization, technological advancement, and market competitiveness have driven the changes inthe nature of employment and employment relationships. In such circumstances, the employees tend to take ownership for their own career development by seeking the opportunities in different organizations instead of one single employer, which may result in less commitment to theorganization. The present study examined the relationship of boundaryless career attitude (boundaryless career mindset (BCM) and organizational mobility preference (OMP)) to organizational commitment (affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment) and investigated the moderating effectofthe perceived organizational career management (OCM). The statistical tool of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used to analyze correlations, the hierarchical regression and confirmatory factor analysis. The result based on 245 white-collar employees in Vietnam demonstrated that BCM did not showed a significant relationship with normative commitment as well as affective commitment while it showed a significantly positive correlation with continuance commitment. On the other hand, OMP displayed significantly negative relationship with all three dimensions of organizational commitment. In addition, the study also revealed that OCM turns the positive relationship between boundaryless career mindset and continuance commitment into negative one and weakens the relationship between organizational mobility preference and normative commitment. However, OCM made no significant impact on the relationship between OMP and affective commitment as well as relationship between OMP and continuance commitment.

1. Introduction
Inthe highly competitive construction industry, top companies are constantly searching for proven practices that offer a com- petitive advantage. These companies generally avoid practices that do not provide proven added value. Several studies have shown that theroleofa project manager is critical to project success. Green (2005) showed that an effective project leader is good at managing relationships across organizational functions and boundaries to break through organization inertia and bu- reaucracy. Sauer (1993) suggested that non-technical factors such as management, organization, and culture are associated with project success. Prior studies have shown that managing relationships is critical to project success (Acharya et al., 2006a;

Therefore, those details will not be discussed here.
4.3 Additional analyses
The additional analyses of this study consist of four issues. First of all, this study changes BS from the proportion ofthe inside director’s compensation for theroleof director to the natural logarithm ofthe inside director’s compensation for therole as director. Furthermore, during the period of this study, only cash compensation was disclosed in financial statements, while stock compensation was not. However, based on a survey by Taiwan Industrial Bank Investment Consulting, non-electronics industries’ employee stock compensation accounted for only 2.24% of that of those industries’ net after-tax profit. Therefore, for non-electronics industries, the proportion of stock compensation will be low inthe compensation makeup, and cash compensation may be used to represent all ofthe compensation actually received. The second additional analysis in this study therefore uses only non-electronics industry sample companies to verify whether the empirical results inthe “Regression Analyses” section are applicable.

Although Taiwan isn’t located at the core of financial tsunami, but many company have bought Lehman Brother and other company’s structured note. Therefore, financial institution and its clients were influenced In Taiwan, financial industry may effect Taiwan’s economic. In Taiwan, financial industry is very important. They are many industry rely on financial institution to survive. Financial industry is the engine for economic growth hence if we have financial crisis it will have huge impact to other industries. There are three major genres for global financial crisis. First, it’s all about human frailty. But there’sa whole world of explanations that it’sthe predatory instincts. The delusion of investors and the greed and all the rest of it. The second genre is that there are institutional failures. Regulators were asleep at the switch. We look at the institutional level and say that has failed and that has to be reconfigured. The third genre is to say, everybody was obsessed with a false theory. They read too much Hayek and believe inthe efficiency of markets. And it’s time we actually got back to something like Keynes. Or we took seriously Hyman Minski’s theory about the inherent instability of financial activities. Out of this comes a theory which is very, very important that Capitalism never solves its crisis problems. It moves them around geographically and what we’re seeing right now is a geographical movement of that. In order to fully explore the global financial crisis. A KMS system influence model was build in this study.

1. Introduction
Inthe economic literature, theOrganizationofthe Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is usually treated as a monopoly and a cartel. The dominant firm model is one ofthe variants ofthe cartel model. As a matter of fact, a large number of microeconomic texts use OPEC as an example ofthe dominant firm. A number of studies inthe literature have examined the dominant firm hypothesis using a variety of empirical methods, but the results are not entirely consistent (e.g., Rauscher and Konstanz, 1988; Wirl, 1991; Gülen, 1996; Alhajji and Huettner, 2000; Spilimbergo, 2001; and De Santis, 2003). This note contributes to the literature by reassessing the dominant firm hypothesis with recent data and addressing a criticism against the use ofthe cointegration approach inthe assessment ofthe dominant firm hypothesis.
Secondly, workers’ effort to keep harmo- nious relationships is a very important feature in Taiwanese workplaces, an important social value ina relationship-oriented culture. We found that in companies with a harmonious work atmosphere, there was better communica- tion and co-ordination among team members, which enhanced risk awareness and safety prac- tices. Therefore, management should reinforce team building. Building high-performance teams and maintaining harmonious interpersonal rela- tionships are critical to improving teamwork effectiveness in relationship-oriented organiza- tions. Harmonious interpersonal relationships can increase both group cohesiveness and trust among team members, which enhance group communication and co-ordination. Although it is important to maintain group harmony inthe workplace, management should actively promote organizational identity by emphasizing team performance. Team performance should be mea sured in an unbiased manner and teams should be given unambiguous feedback. Rewards should be contingent on teams’ performance,
Not only can job burnout influence employees’ health and personal life, but result in decreased organization performance and productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to understand managerial interventions in order to deal with employee job burnout. This study examined the impact of transformational and transactional leadership behaviors on employee job burnout, as well as the mediating roleof job characteristics perceived by frontline employees. Data were collected from 429 civil servants of Household Registration Offices in four counties of central Taiwan. Results ofthe study found that both transformational and transactional leadership behaviors were significantly negatively related to frontline employees’ burnout. Results revealed that employees’
Yet low income was not found to be signi®cant in our physician services regression model, which is worth explanation. In 1990, the average charge for physician services was about 300±400 NT dollars or about 11±15 U.S. dollars per visit, which was rela- tively inexpensive compared to the monthly income of 740 U.S. dollars for lower income families in Taiwan. Theaordable cost could be the most im- portant reason for this ®nding concerning the family income eect. Rural residence was not expected to be a signi®cant factor in¯uencing the use of physician services, because Taiwan is a small island with a crowded population. Generally speak- ing, except for the remote mountain areas or o- shore islets, it was not too inconvenient for consu- mers to access their doctors. However, we still found that people living in rural areas were less likely to see a doctor.
3. Ronald Coase argued that as long as bargaining costs are high, an efficient solution to the problem of economists will be achieved by assigning property rights.
4. Monetarist economists and classical economists are described as nonactivists, but Keynesian economists are seen as activists.
Method
Participant and data collection
Participants were from 37 large-scale companies in Taiwan’s top 500 enterprises, which are broadly selected from 12 different industries, including, automobile manufacturing, food processing, petrochemistry, electronic and computer components, real estate, investment and banking, etc. All together, 180 subjects participated inthe study, consisting of 51 high-level managers (i.e. one to two managers per company) and 129 staff members (i.e. four to five employees per company). For staff participants, 69 percent were male, and the average age was 38 years old. The average tenure was eight years, and 67 percent had graduated from vocational school and above. Data were collected by administering questionnaires to participants. To minimize the risk of correlation inflation due to common source bias, we obtained the data of CEO charismatic leadership from manager participants, and assessed organizational culture values, personal values, extra effort to work, satisfaction with the CEO, organizational commitment, and demographic variables from staff participants.

The twenty-first century will be the era ofthe knowledge economy. From the point of view of both individuals and organizations, the creation and utilization of knowledge will be the key factor in corporate competition. Organizations will need to rely on individuals to produce knowledge, but individuals will also need organizations to support them and provide a suitable working environment; theorganization will strengthen the motivation for the creation of knowledge by the individual, while at the same time the individual will rely on theorganization’s comprehensive resource network to help their creative output take concrete form. Today, industries are faced with an increasingly hostile business environment. Enterprises need to think about how they can use their company’s
This study is subject to a number of limitations. First, the investment opportunity set is not observable. We can only select the best proxy that we believe fits inthe institutional environment. We select a composite factor score estimated from Baber et al. (1996), because it includes investment intensity, geometric growth inmarket value of assets, market-to-book asset ratio, and R&D to asset ratio. Second, our ownership structure data is selected from the TEJ Cor- porate Governance Module. Although the value of cash flow rights and deviation from cash flow rights and control rights are comparable to prior studies using a different database (e.g., Claessens et al., 2000; Yeh & Woidtke, 2005), our results might be different from those studies due to the use of different data sources. Future research using alternative approaches such as field studies could address the limita- tions of inferences from archival data. Third, since this study uses a single emerging country, Taiwan, to examine theroleof controlling shareholders on the relation between invest-
