94 年度計畫目標 與原計畫相符程度及達成情況 相關章節 4.提供其他子計畫生物

性微粒資料,以評估 不同性質微粒間之相 關性、以及生物性微 粒可能之健康風險。

本整合型計畫在總計畫主持人詹長權教 授的統籌下,召開數次共同會議,以瞭解 各計畫間可以統整的採樣策略,以及可以 互相分享的資源及資料。本子計畫利用廻 歸模式進行生物性微粒與不同性質微粒

(e.g., PM10、PM2.5)間相關性的初步評 估,並提供其他子計畫生物性微粒之資 料。

二、沙塵暴地面觀測:

根據4/8日地面氣象觀測資料顯示:內、外蒙及河套地區出現多站沙塵天氣,向東移動於 4/9日23時經過華北地區,4/10日移至韓國,10日下午二時在長江流域出海口出現沙塵天氣,

並持續至4/11日上午二時。4/11日上午二時至八時日本四國島出現沙塵天氣報告。台灣地區 自4/10日起受鋒面通過影響,華南地區至台灣北部、東部地區天氣為陰陣雨。

三、沙塵暴預報模式分析:

(一)NTU 沙塵模式:4/14 日 19 時起台灣地區受沙塵影響,預估濃度 20 至 50 微克。

15 日 07 時預測濃度上升達 100 至 150 微克,此波沙塵預計將持續至 15 日 19 時。

(二)日本模式:4/10 日午夜起沙塵逐漸接近台灣北部地區,4/13 日起影響範圍擴及 台灣各地區預估濃度達 100 微克。

(三)美軍模式:4/11 日凌晨沙塵逐漸接近台灣地區,預估濃度 20 至 50 微克。12 日晚間 20 時台灣地區脫離沙塵影響範圍。下一波於 14 日凌晨二時再度接近台灣北部地區,預估濃 度達 80 微克。

四、小結:根據各沙塵模式預測資料顯示,台灣地區在 4/11 日至 4/12 日受第一波微弱沙 塵影響。14 日起受第二波沙塵影響,預測在 15 日沙塵最高濃度可達 150 微克。
