所以發表的內容受到許多與會者注意︽也提供許多後續處理上的建議〈而在非發表時間︽本人也與許 多學者專家提到除了火山監測之外︽同樣一份資料成果也用於檢驗原住民在表示動態地形的地名之傳 統知識︽許多學者對於這個想法提出了看法與問題︽雖然有正面的支持也有反面的意見︽但是整體而 言︽對於本研究來說都產生了一定程度的影響︽瞭解到可以繼續作下去的動機以及執行過程中可能要 注意的限制〈

�3…增加國際交流「如前所述︽2013 APSAR 研討會吸引了許多在此領域的各國專家學者前來參 加︽因此在研討會期間有很多機會與這些專家討論︽包括「對於雷達硬體設備非常專精的日本千葉大 學Center for Environmental Remote Sensing 的 Prof. Josaphat Tetuko Sri Sumantyo︽對於雷達影像特性與 處理非常嫻熟的日本Remote Sensing Technology Center of Japan 的 Dr. Tsutomu Yamanokuchi︽在 Stamps 處理軟體有多年經驗的荷蘭ITC 的 Miss Anneleen Oyen︽ 有多元應用專案經驗的俄羅斯 Ugra Research Institute of Information Technologies 的 Dr. Anton Filatov 以及日本京都大學 Disaster Prevention Research Institute 的 Dr. Yo Fukushima︽與這些專家學者的討論內容︽對於個人而言是非常寶貴的經驗與收穫〈

Datun Volcanoes consisting of 29 volcanoes forms the largest volcano group in Taiwan. Although there was no eruption occurring for a long period, the recent ground monitoring reveals that Datun Volcanoes may be still active. As Datun Volcanoes are very close to Taipei City, serious damages would occur if the volcanoes erupted. Therefore it is critical to continuously monitor the behavior of the volcanoes. Normally

this task is performed from various aspects, such as observation of emission of gas, detection of hot spots, etc.

Among which, ground surface deformation is a key feature as it can be interpreted in terms of magma movement beneath the ground. Hence we proposed to monitor surface deformation over Datun volcanoes in this study. Based on the observation, a warning message could be delivered as a precursor to eruption once abnormal deformation was derived.

Synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) is one of the methods broadly applied to monitor surface deformation. Due to the capability of operation under difficult weather condition, observation of wide range coverage, and determination of millimeter-level displacement, InSAR was proposed as the method for deformation monitoring. Also, considering the volcano area was covered with forest, the Persistent Scatterer (PS-) InSAR technique was applied in this paper. Based on the pixels of high-correlation determined in a time series SAR images, the displacements occurring over time were calculated. With the development, effective and accurate monitoring of surface deformation over cities, vegetated area or volcanoes has been demonstrated. Moreover, to understand the long-term deformation, three types of SAR images, including ERS-2, ASAR and PALSAR, were applied to perform the monitoring. The SAR data, method and resultant surface deformation observed between 1995 and 2010 are following reported.

本次會議共有從22 個國家 236 位專家學者與會︽且不論是硬體安排或是文章品質都非常好︽基於 前項個人的與會心得與收穫︽本人覺得此研究主題明確的研討會很值得參加︽下回將在2015 年於新加 坡舉辦︽個人將嘗試再次參與〈
