實例五、土生菌創新替代覆土栽培技術

台灣人工栽培食用菇類至少已歷經將近60(1953年起至今),期間(1978)洋菇產量與外銷量曾分別居全球第三和第一,所以洋菇產業在台灣經濟發 展的過程中曾佔有重要的角色。最近幾年台灣人工栽培的菇類產量每年大約維 持在8萬公噸左右,產值達60億元(7),所栽培的食用菇種類約十餘種。由於消費 者對於菇類食品普遍具有喜新厭舊和嘗鮮的嗜好,因此食用菇類業者必需時常 推陳出新,以維持消費者購買的意願。以新興食用菇金頂側耳為例,數年前推
