(二)各趨勢分析 1.國家趨勢分析
以下本研究皆以公開日作為主要分析依據，而各國申請專利 年表如圖 4.5，其中顯示專利申請比例最高國：美國，其專利件 數申請大多集中於 2003 年以及 2006 年，而比例次於美國的澳洲，
其專利申請則集中於 2007 年，而美國智慧型建築發展較他早，
並美國於近年亦較他國有深入研究，各國智慧型建築專利歷年趨 勢彙整如表 4.3。

2.公司趨勢分析
各公司活動年表如圖 4.6，顯示各公司活動年較為分散，各 年皆有公司表現較為突出，尤以 Accenture LLP 於 2003 年申請 件數為首。

二、生命週期
本研究如圖 4.7 所示，專利技術生命週期圖中可觀察出，智慧型 建築相關技術於國外發展，漸有趨於回歸，約略呈現倒鉤形態。

三、引證分析
(一)公司引證分析
國外針對專利技術相關申請之公司，引證彙整如表 4.3 所示，
Accenture LLP 雖申請專利數目最高公司，但其技術引正確較為獨 立，與他公司較無直接關係，相對 Hoffberg; Steven M 他人引證數 為最高，顯示多公司與 Hoffberg; Steven M 技術有相關接洽，或授 權等。
