1. 由於場地因素,兩塊測力板均固定在地面不能移動,但是由於個人身高、
下肢長度之不同,步幅可能不一致,而這種結果導致在高速時,受試者為 踏到 2 塊力板,可能改變姿勢,導致左右腳數值產生差異性。日後可參照 受試者步幅移動力板,讓研究更臻完善。
2. 往後研究可再增加受試者人數及提高速度(如 160%、180% PRS),建構 出更完整的常模作為選手訓練處方之依據。
3. 經由研究所得之參數變化期望能做為教練與選手參考,運用在訓練上以增 進運動表現。
