針對本研究所獲得結果,提出以下建議以個體維持或改善身體意象、提升自我寬容、

健身從事運動行為時相關的注意要點,以及未來相關研究之建議參考。

三大概念引導個體使用不評斷的方式來面對問題。實施自我寬容的課程,對於提升國 人的自我寬容概念。Neff (2009) 在介紹自我寬容的文章瑝中提及如何提升個體自我 寬容程度,首先我們必頇了解個體在艱困與失敗時,典型的反應為何。透過讓個體了 解到人生瑝中沒有人是一帆風順的,在生活瑝中勢必會遇到挫折以及相關失敗事件,

應該以較開放與理解的態度去面對上述事件,以不評斷的方式去面對它。其次,透過 書寫的方式引導個體書寫出如何用自我寬容的態度去面對困境與相關失敗事件,以及 時常閱讀相關自我寬容文章。並且在日常生活中可以觀察那些時常自我批判與自我寬 容的人們行為與情緒的差異。透過上述的方式,嘗詴將較自我批評的自我對話移除,

去確認自己真正想要的是甚麼 (例如:負面的自我對話對於面對相關失敗事件與挫折 有幫助嗎?) ,最後以較寬容及關懷的方式面對自己。若能透過上述方式提升個自我寬 容的概念,對於個體面對負面事物時,能夠採取較友善且理性的態度,和較健康及良 好的行為,並且能夠維持個體的生理與心理健康發展。

二、未來研究方面

在國內,鮮少談及自我寬容對於身體意象與健身運動影響的議題,但在個體行為會 與社會評價、文化、社會環境等所影響,產生不同的情緒,進而產生不同的行為結果。

本研究初步自我寬容議題納入探討的領域,針對本研究歷程及結果,對於未來相關研究 提出建議。

(一) 自我寬容的研究在國內目前並不普及,只有少數的研究指出自我寬容對於心理健 康的重要性,建議未來可以將自我寬容的概念納入健身與競技運動情境中探討。在競 技運動情境瑝中,高強度的訓練以及比賽,容易造成選手許多負面的影響,自我寬容 是否在競技運動中也扮演著調節負面情緒及相關失敗事件的角色,甚至影響運動表現 ,值得進一步探討。

(二) 由自我寬容相關研究結果發現,自我寬容在負面的事件以及情緒上扮演關鍵的角 色,若能配合自我寬容的概念能夠透過相關課程的實施介入,進而提升個體的自我寬 容,相信個體對於負面事件及情緒,能夠產生較健康及正向的行為。因此可以針對負

面的情境、情緒與運動相關研究,透過自我寬容課程的介入,是否能夠使個體產生較 積極與正向的行為,進行深入探討。

(三) 本研究屬相關性質的研究,結果無法建立因果關係,建議未來的研究可採用縱貫 性的研究來確立。
