第二節 建議
1. 為完備建築物火災煙控與逃生避難之執行，建議建築技術規則建築設計施工 編第 1 條第 1 項四十五、遮煙性能，修訂為「在常溫及中溫標準試驗條件下，
建築物出入口裝設之一般門或區劃出入口裝設之防火設備，當其構造二側形 成火災情境下之壓差小於 50Pa 時，具有漏煙通氣量不超過單位出入口面積規 定值 0.2m
3/min/m
2之能力。」 。
2. 「建築物防火避難安全性能驗證技術手冊」遮煙性規定，應適時依 CNS 15038 進行修訂，並應納入可靠度測試。
3. 為確保建築用門遮煙性在使用壽命期間仍保有其性能，建議參考 EN 14600，
能。
5. 為確保建築物防火安全，後續應進一步對防火設備防火性能之可靠度測試與
規範進行探討與研究。

9. 本研究之工作繁重，需參考之文 獻資料龐大，及極大耐性與毅力 才能完成工作。
10.開關頻繁度是否僅與鉸鍊及門 鎖之關係為密切，而與門較少相 關？若此觀念正確是否可將門 統一，即使用相同之門僅測試鉸 鍊及門鎖之頻度探討門之遮煙 性能，此概念可能不正確，僅作 參考。
11.防火門平推鎖受開關次數的影 響以致於不能正常操作，宜制訂 出規定如何於公共安全檢查列 為重要檢查項目。
12.請考量配合開關次數訂出使用 年限之規定。
由於遮煙試驗區分為常溫與中溫，因中 溫為 200℃，因此，只須在此溫度條件下 可發揮遮煙性能即可，耐火性為防火門 所須考慮之性能。

開關頻度與遮煙性關係，非僅與鉸鍊與 門鎖之關係較為密切，與門扇結構是否 變形、其他遮煙配件亦有關係，所以必 須以整體門組進行測試。
將整理實驗記錄所發現之各種現象，並 進行公共安全檢查要點探討，以建議遮 煙門宜列檢項目。
因遮煙門設置地點不同，其開關頻度與
次數有所不同，本研究建議以開關次數
為分級規定較適宜。
