1. 由本研究之分析成果顯示,目前整個華江濕地之棲地品質大部分為 不良等級,建議主管機關可運用本研究之棲地適應性管理模式,積 極進行復育及管理。
2. 華江濕地復育方案之規劃原則,建議可再增加考量民眾賞鳥之便利 性,結合自然生態與人文活動,亦可強化主管機關持續進行棲地適 應性管理之動機。
3. 本研究已建置完成小水鴨坡度、高程及距植被最短距離等三因子之 度冬棲地適合度指標,建議環境因子可再增加考量食物量,作為後 續研究目標。
4. 本研究完成以底床剪應力分析沖淤趨勢,作為選擇復育位置之判斷 依據,建議可進一步引用泥砂數值演算模式,經過嚴謹之驗證後,
可進一步評估復育位置之量化泥砂淤積趨勢。
5. 海平面上升將影響華江濕地之潮位變化,原來灘地之棲地型態將部 分成為水域,植被生長面積縮小。而華江濕地亦面臨上游石門水庫 增設繞庫排砂通道,增加颱洪時期排出之泥砂,將增加淤積潛勢。
由於這些自然力與人為干擾,使華江濕地存在陸域化或灘地面積減 少之趨勢。而這幾股影響棲地環境的因子,對棲地品質有正面及負 面影響,仍需進一步研究其變化,以釐清棲地變化之趨勢。
6. 本研究成果可量化評估感潮濕地之棲地品質,可供河川流域管理及 未來國土規劃參考。
