第二節 建議
建議在綠建築評估系統中的日常節能指標的空調節能評估 EAC 的節能優惠係 數增訂複合通風的優惠得分β4:立即可行之建議

目前綠建築設計技術規範中已有建築外殼節能設計的自然通風優惠計算,本研 究結果也發現臺灣各城市的複合通風節能潛力很高。因此,本研究建議結合這兩項 成果,在綠建築評估手冊中日常節能指標的空調節能 EAC 評估增加複合通風優惠 係數β4。亦即在綠建築評估手冊中的表 2.4-10 空調節能技術簡易評估表中,增訂 如下的說明:
若要取得複合通風優惠係數β4,申請的建築物須滿足以下兩點條件:
1. 為學校類建築或者辦公類建築。其中辦公類建築須先滿足綠建築設計技術規範 中有關自然通風設計優惠計算的相關規定,即:外周區比γ≧0.5(即較細長的 平面)以及每一居室之可通風開窗率φ≧0.05(具備較充足通風面積)之建築 物。
2. 空調系統具有可依外氣溫度或者熱適應舒適模式進行空調的啟停控制,以及調 整合適的室內溫度之功能,以達兼顧空調節能與人員舒適的目的。前項空調控 制方式若僅為依據外氣溫度做啟停控制,則β4=0.1;若依據熱適應舒適模式進 行啟停與室內溫度設定控制,則β4=0.2。
建議二
在全球暖化和都市熱島效應作用下,越來越多的學校建築採用複合通風模式設 計,建議修改學校類的 AWSG 計算公式,以增強其導引學校類外殼設計的功能:

(8)AWSG 的計算公式做部分修正,以使其更能導引複合通風教室的外殼熱性能設 計。修改的方向包括:(1)以總外殼面積取代窗戶面積做為 AWSG 計算公式的分母;
(2)將玻璃的透射率列為變數之一,不要強制令其等於 1.0;以及(3)將走廊側的開窗 面積納入 AWSG 的計算,而不要將其排除。調整後,適合複合學校類建築的計算 公式如下:

1. 本計畫攸關能源節約及使用者的滿意度,具有價值。
2. 主持人對此領域極為熟悉專業,目前採用的研究方法周延、進度 良好,應可達到預期成果。
3. 有關複合通風的實際進行模式,例如操作的方法、時段、決策模 式 力可於研究成果呈現後略為補充說明,以推廣提供建築物使 用單位可即刻應用。

梁漢溪 主任:
1. 複合式通風建築以臺灣為例,應是比例較高之建築型式,對建築 通風影響可能比較大(當採用自然通風時)。
2. 季節變化對臺灣複合式通風較可能產生室內環境品質差異。
3. 複合式通風之節能效果可以百分比予以呈現。
陳海曙 教授:
1. 複合式通風節能潛力 ASHRAE 55 規範下,對於室內外溫度差 8
℃、5℃。、2℃之意義,須做較明確說明,如人數。
2. 本研究結果對未來 AWSG 評估公式改善有關,但是 AWSG 公式 中 fv 並無風向及風力大小的差異,並無考慮微氣候之情。
3. 複合式通風之定義,須再說明,須強調非空調型建築或學校用途 建築。
吳友烈 教授:
1. 複合式通風若能應用在臺灣將深具節能效益,本研究具往高研究 價值。
2. 本研究以學校為例,學校一般建築物軀殼具有大開窗的特性,採 自然通風具有潛力,但在分析前,建議須把假前題目列清楚,例 如方位遮陽、人數、室內熱源等。
3.
建議未來可套入黃老師之前歸納之熱舒適區域,加入複合式通風
之節能潛力分析,可更具代表性。

1. 本研究成果對改善目前教學類空間之空調耗能效益甚有助 益。
2. 本研究問卷對象以學生為主,建議未來可考慮其他類型空間的 使用人員意見,如辦公空間亦具有開發潛力。
陳海曙 教授:
1. 複合通風的適用建築的用途及建築型態須界定清楚,以確定複 合通風的操作範圍與評估方式。
2. 自然通風有效性公式,應以上課時間之時數為主,而非 8760 小時。
3. 本研究結果之建議,有關於學術類 AWSG 對玻璃的透射率之建 議,建議透射率不得低於某個數值,避免設計 ηi 值過低之情況 發生。
吳友烈 教授:
1. 本研究具實用性,內容充實,探討以學校為使用用途之建築物,
採複合式通風之可行性,研究結果建議以熱適應性模式作為學 校空調管理之參考依據,達到節能減碳之目的。
2. 開窗對於自然通風效率有重要之影響,開窗距地面高度是否會
影響通風路徑及通風有效性,或許可加入後續(明亮度)研究,。

1. AWSG 鼓勵學校類建築遮陽,使用清玻璃自然採光,關於通風 性能之修正,是否另採計算標準較為適宜?
2. 學校教室大多搭配吊扇輔助通風,未來是否考慮此條件下對於熱 舒適度提升之效果?
柯佑沛 教授:
1. 一般教科書皆言溫、濕度皆會影響舒適感,此研究並未討論濕度 的作用,對此應稍加說明解釋。
2. 自然通風受風速、風向影響甚大,此案以走廊朝向探討風向作用,
不知是否亦可呈現出風速的靈敏度分析?
陳振菶 教授:
1. 本計畫進程符合計劃目標,成果對複合式通風在我國適用性評估 當有助益。
2. 可在結論中討論 EN15251 在我國不同區域(如台北 VS 高雄)適用 之差異。
李孟杰 教授:
1. 根據自然通風的情況,潛熱的考量是否需要加入考量?
2. 自然通風的風速與風向會造成室內熱流動的趨勢,建議可增加此 方面的考量。
3. 可依據 AWSG 的建議公式,修正出一個適合自然通風與複合通 風的評估方式。
鄭明仁 教授:
1. 本計劃廣泛應用臺灣之氣候並以國際熱舒適標準分析臺灣各地 應用複合式通風之潛力成果豐碩。
2. 本研究採用諸多研究理論,建議可詳加說明其公式與意義較易於
理解。
