1. 目前國內客運業者雖被嚴格禁止使用手持式行動電話,但對於同樣造成行車安全威脅 的無線電通訊設備卻未加以禁止,因此建議國內主管機關應針對無線電通訊設備之使 用加以規範,以提昇大客車使用者之行車安全。

2. 台灣地區國道客運駕駛員超時駕駛之情形十分普遍,由於過長之駕駛時數可能導致駕 駛疲勞,但囿於路線里程之限制,無法在勞基法規定之八小時完成工作,故未來如何 規範國道客運駕駛員之時數值得有關單位加以深入探討。

3. 本研究在實車測試過程中,囿於警示介面設備之製作限制,無法針對大客車駕駛模擬 器上所分析之不同警示介面進行綜合比較,後續仍可結合日益成熟之偵測技術及介面 設備,進行更長時間及大規模之測試。
