第五章 結論與建議

第二節 後續研究建議

(1) 根據國際趨勢及國人習慣大量使用室內裝修建材的現況,本 研究認為長期以來對國人的健康影響甚巨,有必要進一步擴 大檢測室內建築材料之化學性因子,以期維護國人之健康。

(2) 配合本所國家實驗室建築性能實驗群之實驗設備儀器,進行 構造型單體之逸散物質定性、定量化標準量測,以期更進一 步研究各種建材間,交互作用後之逸散現象。

(3) 建議國內制訂綠色健康建材標章,如德國的 EMICODE 所制訂 的低逸散建材標章,減少一般具危險性建材因不瞭解而濫 用,以積極確保國人居住之健康性。

(4) 加強國人對健康建材、室內空氣品質之健康認知及相關推廣 活動。

(5) 建議未來標章制度之推動,應優先針對危害健康的成份進行 檢測,並列為必要檢驗項目,並朝建立其權威性與公信力之 方向努力。

(6) 有機逸散物質對室內使用者之健康影響甚大,本研究建議建 立相關資料庫,可限制非安全性之建材大量使用,對於健康 室內環境之確保有極大貢獻,希望後續研究持續推動相關課 題。
