外境遇之民眾，藉強化其心理素質與心理健康而達到安適幸福感(well-being)的 生活；而作為臨床神經心理學門知識與內涵的推廣者，以此建立一個「臨床神 經心理學術研究網」。
網站內涵將介紹的臨床神經心理學有三個主軸，分別為：
1. 臨床神經心理病理軸：依目前研究探索之假設與運用性，再分為(1)針對特定 疾病病理診斷模式(如:ICD、DSM 等)或(2)跨診斷(transdiagnosis)功能模式 (如:意識狀態、注意力、記憶力、執行功能等)。
2. 臨床神經心理衡鑑軸：依目前相關研究之重點與運用性，再分為(1)操作型 (全套、部分、篩檢等能力模式)或(3)非操作型工具(自陳報告、結構與半結構 晤談、系統觀察模式等)之介紹。
3. 臨床神經心理治療軸：依目前相關研究之介入變項與重點，再分為(1)對當事 人個案的特定認知神經心理功能強化或(2)對非當事人(例如:家庭成員；校園 教師與職工；法庭相關人、法官與程序監理人；職業重建人員等等)的介入 模式。

This project aims to manage the Taiwan mental health source and e-learning network platform and e-leaning system called “wellbeing” network platform(wellbeing.mohw.gov.tw) which was constructed by department of mental and oral health, ministry of health and welfare(MOHW) in 2015-2018. The main purposes of “wellbeing” platform and its e-learning system are promotion of mental health and well-being of Taiwanese people are expected. The platform is to provide scientific, evidence-based psychoeducation information and learning resource on internet to different age group and peoples, and to provide information of mental health policy of the country. People can share and inspire each other, and to build a more stable and better mental health quality through the essays, picture books, e-learning courses.
Simultaneously, the platform will update newest mental health services of the country every season.

The project is for 2019 and to accumulation well knowledge and interactive learning platform guiding people to enhance their quality of mental health, not only focus on how to care abnormal behaviors and tertiary mental disorders, but also reduce the stigmatization of non-adaptive behaviors. The project is to continue collect and generate more scientific, evidence-based psychoeducation information and learning resource, renew mental health policy and services of the country, and the promotion of the website platform (http://wellbeing.mohw.gov.tw) to the generation that whole people could attach the importance of mental health.
