葡萄糖生物感測器的研究,已經發展了許久,藉由材料的改變、製程的更新、

陣列的設計,期望能達到測量訊號更為準確的生物感測器元件,又因其為感測元 件屬於一次性耗材,因此如何有效降低成本,開發便宜、簡單且易製作的製程也 是十分重要。

本研究利用噴墨技術改變葡萄糖氧化酶圖樣,證實可以藉由圖樣的設計,提 升訊號量,藉此可更精準地測量葡萄糖的濃度,提升訊號感測的準確性,此一圖 樣設計的概念可應用到各式感測元件(如尿素感測器等),進一步製成陣列,藉由訊 號的累加,提升元件靈敏度,更期許未來可以利用各式酵素製作出複合型感測電 極,應用在更多層面上。
