本研究結果可幫助一般民眾或競技運動員作為運動前暖身的一種選擇,可視需求選 擇合適的震動頻率滾筒以獲得最有效的幫助,有立即性跳高需求,可選擇高頻率(92Hz) 震動刺激;如要進行長時間運動或是訓練,建議可採用一般泡棉滾筒或是低頻率(45Hz) 震動滾筒進行操作;未來研究建議可以針對沒有運動習慣之對象與不同年齡層進行相關 實驗,進一步探討此震動頻率是否適合其他族群;在實驗器材部分,建議可採用等速肌 力測試或等長收縮肌力測量方式來確認肌肉是否因為震動刺激而產生肌力上提升,亦可 使用肌電訊號來確認作用肌與拮抗肌群活化程度是否有受影響;柔軟度則可採用關節活 動角度量測方式,以獲得更精準之結果;震動滾筒操作所獲得之效益,建議可以再探討 其保留時間之長短,以及比較長時間介入下之效益是否與立即性介入有所差異;此外下 蹲跳為多關節參與動作,建議可同時操作更多下肢肌群來確認震動滾筒介入下是否會對 下蹲跳之發力率造成影響。
