參考本次研究,為了進一步了解氧化鋅奈米片薄膜對於一氧化碳感測機 制與改良氧化鋅奈米片薄膜,整理出後續可繼續研究的方向:

1 . 嘗試感測不同的氣體,觀察氧化鋅奈米片薄膜對不同氣體的選擇性。

在空氣中存在許多種氣體,當氣體與氧化鋅奈米片薄膜反應時,我們期 望氧化鋅奈米片薄膜只對目標氣體有訊號反應,可得知目標氣體之存,

而非其他氣體所造成之訊號。

2 . 嘗試對氧化鋅奈米片薄膜表面做摻雜,例如加入鈀金屬等易於吸附一氧 化碳分子的金屬粒子,使一氧化碳吸附於金屬粒子表面,而這些一氧化 碳分子可以與氧化鋅奈米片薄膜表面的氧離子反應,因此可以提升氧化 鋅奈米片薄膜對氣體的反應性與降低檢測濃度。
