7.2 未來研究方向

在將問題句進行分類時，我們發現部分的問題句內未系統自動擷取出的類別的代表特徵字，導致問題句分類錯誤。因此未來研究可以考慮擷取問題句更多不同的特徵值，以提高問題句分類的整體正確率。

而在摘要問題句的事實資訊內容時，本論文目前的方使是找出問題句的查詢關鍵字，利用擷取出的查詢關鍵字進行網際網路搜尋，並從搜尋結果中挑選和查詢關鍵字面向相符的事實資訊，然而不同的問題句可能產生同樣的查詢關鍵字，

舉例來說“The Lord of the Rings who wrote this fantasy novel?”和“The Lord of the Rings when wrote this fantasy novel?”，所產生的查詢主體字詞和查詢面向字詞均為“Lord of the Rings”和“wrote novel”，但其中一問題句是希望詢問人名，

另一問題句是希望詢問時間，因此未來從查詢結果挑選面向事實文字片段內容時可進一步考慮是否符合問題句詢問的資料類型，例如:“who”、“when”、“how much”…等，以提升問題句獲得事實資訊的效果。

此外，本論文目前是針對事實問題句摘要事實資訊內容提供給使用者，未來研究可以探討如何對有主觀性的非事實問題句，利用網路搜尋引擎或是社群網路作為答案的資訊來源並摘要內容，提供使用者更多問題句的即時回覆。
