對於希望定量分析氣體流量,必須要製作精確的檢量線圖,首先要先決定動 相氣體,動相氣體必須是高純度氣體,這樣才能確保在熱傳導偵檢器(Thermal Conductivity. Detector;TCD)進行分析時能夠準確判斷樣品造成的影響。其次,

由於實驗設計上常會遇到必須同時檢測兩種氣體流量的狀況,此時必須選擇兩種 (Bubble Flow Meter)較為合適,只是由於皂泡流量計需以人工計時進行流量換算,

誤差較大。

因此在計算積分面積時必須要以穩定之後的峰值做計算。

如同在 4.4.1 提到的,利用混合不同濃度的氣體分別做氣相層析儀測試,可 以得到不同濃度下的不同積分面積,將積分面積與濃度做圖,就可以得出不同濃 度下應有的積分面積值之檢量線,如同圖 4.11,此檢量線必須經過原點,求得回 歸曲線方程式。

利用回歸曲線方程式,在實際測量的時候,將測得的積分面積代入回歸曲線 方程式,藉此反推該氣體濃度,以此判斷該氣體穿透薄膜或是漏氣量為多少。
