針對本研究受試者族群,各配置的擺放方式所量測 CoP 與黃金標準之相關性皆達顯 著且高度相關,其中當 AP 方向之感測元件列數較多時,CoP 相關性會隨之提升,而在 動作速度上,快跑會造成量測 CoP 之準確度降低;CoP 之 RMSE 會因為擺放配置的選 擇而決定誤差的大小,以平均陣列的方式去擺放使 CoP 通過感測元件間較中心的位置,
可以降低 CoP 之 RMSE;各配置的擺放方式所量測 vGRF 與黃金標準之相關性皆達顯著 且高度相關,其中以平均陣列且範圍較大的方式去擺放感測元件,可以提升量測 vGRF 之準確性。
建議
本研究的結果可以提供以下兩點作為未來相關系統實務上的建議:(一) 透過正確的 擺放配置,感測元件的數量相較於以往足壓系統可以減少很多。這樣不僅能夠使資料分 析的過程較簡易,也能夠大幅降低足壓系統的硬體成本,在整體使用上更具有靈活性。
(二) 過去文獻之擺放配置在正常和扁平足弓都能夠準確量測步態動力學參數,這樣的結

果在實際應用上給予重要的資訊。開發者能夠以一種設計模型即可滿足不同足弓的使用 者,使製作足壓鞋墊的過程更加簡易且方便。
量化步態動力學參數除了學術上的探討外,在日常生活或醫療上都具有重要的意義。
如何製作出一套簡易足壓系統,並普及於一般人使用是一項挑戰。像是多數業餘跑者都 會想了解自己在跑步過程中,步態各個時期足底壓力的狀況,主要是希望能夠避免運動 傷害。而本研究探討的兩項參數或許不能夠完全的代表整個足底壓力的情形,在先前的 研究中,有學者去對CoP 移動速度和偏移面積去進行探討 (Wong et al., 2008),這些相 關的參數都有可能與步態的特徵息息相關。在未來需要進一步找出與傷害相關的參數並 將其量化,想必能提供學術及應用更佳全面的見解。
